The 3-Day Lares Trek to Machu Picchu with Machupicchu Condor Trek is a scenic Andean route featuring glaciers, turquoise lakes, waterfalls, and native wildlife such as llamas and alpacas. Trek through remote indigenous communities, relax in the Lares hot springs, and finish with a guided visit to the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu.

DAY 1: CUSCO - CALCA - FUNDO HUARAN - CANCHA CANCHA - ACCOPATA.
Machupicchu Condor Trek picks you up at 5:30 AM for a private transfer to the Sacred Valley. Breakfast is served at Huaran Farm (3,000 m / 9,843 ft) before starting the hike along the Cancha Cancha River.
Enjoy stunning Andean landscapes, Polylepis forests, Andean crops, and diverse birds like hummingbirds. After lunch prepared by our professional chef, continue hiking to Acopata (3,950 m / 12,959 ft). End the day with tea, dinner, and breathtaking views of the valley. At night, your guide introduces the Milky Way and Inca constellations.

DAY 2: ACCOPATA – PACHACUTEC PASS – QUISHUARANI – LARES HOT SPRINGS – OLLANTAYTAMBO – MACHU PICCHU VILLAGE
Machupicchu Condor Trek wakes you up with a hot drink before breakfast, then begin the 7-hour hike. Ascend to the Pachacutec Pass (4,500 m / 14,764 ft) and enjoy glaciers, scenic lagoons, alpaca herds, steep valleys, and Andean wildlife like hawks and Andean geese.
Descend 3 hours along isolated trails, passing local communities where you can interact in Quechua and see llamas and alpacas. Continue to the Seven Waterfalls and the community of Quiswarani (3,700 m / 12,139 ft). Then take a bus through the valleys to the Lares Hot Springs (3,100 m / 10,170 ft), relax in the volcanic waters, enjoy lunch, and rejuvenate.
In the afternoon, transfer 2 hours to Ollantaytambo, then take the train to Aguas Calientes for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHUPICCHU - OLLANTAYTAMBO TO CUSCO.
After breakfast at your hotel, Machupicchu Condor Trek takes you by bus to Machu Picchu to enjoy the sunrise over this extraordinary Inca city. Explore the site on a 2-hour guided tour, visiting its agricultural, urban, and religious sectors, and capture unforgettable photos.
Optional activities include climbing Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain for panoramic views (reservation required, additional cost), or visiting the local museum or thermal baths in Aguas Calientes.
After the tour, descend by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included) and take the train to Ollantaytambo, where private transport will return you to your hotel in Cusco.
